Skooltake Vendor Terms and Conditions

1. Uploaded Material: Vendors are prohibited from selling any material that violates copyright laws. Uploaded content must be the vendor’s original work or authorized for resale.

2. Legal Responsibility: In the event of legal disputes or fees incurred due to vendor activities, the responsibility lies solely with the vendor. Skooltake will not bear any financial or legal burdens arising from vendor actions.

3. Payment Process: Payments from sales will be deposited into Skooltake’s account. Vendors will receive 70% of the purchase value at the end of the following month. The minimum payout threshold is R200.

4. Quality Assurance: Vendors are responsible for ensuring the accuracy and quality of their uploaded content. Skooltake reserves the right to remove or suspend any content that violates quality standards.

5. Marketing and Promotion: Skooltake may use vendor-provided content for marketing and promotional purposes on the website or other platforms.

6. Termination: Skooltake reserves the right to terminate a vendor’s account if they violate any terms and conditions, without prior notice.

7. Modification of Terms: Skooltake retains the right to modify these terms and conditions. Vendors will be notified of any changes, and continued use of the platform implies acceptance of the updated terms.
